Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. Founder Annual clients receive the NZ$30 communication credit monthly, not NZ$360 upfront.
The communication credit may cover: Missed-Call Text Back messages, Review-request SMS, Appointment reminders, Lead follow-up messages, Supported inbound and outbound calls, Standard phone-number rental, Other approved communication usage.
The communication credit does not include: Voice AI, WhatsApp charges, Large bulk SMS campaigns, Cold email or cold SMS outreach, Premium phone numbers, Advertising spend, Domains, Third-party paid integrations.
Monthly service fees include the stated fair-use allowances. Usage exceeding the included allowance—including SMS, calls, phone-number rental, email verification, AI conversations, Voice AI, WhatsApp and premium integrations—is billed separately. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over.
