What I Saw
After 38 years as a Medical Radiation Technologist, I spent decades watching process and precision make the difference between good outcomes and great ones. I brought that same thinking to local business growth — and what I saw was clear.
Most local businesses weren't losing because of bad products or bad people. They were losing because of slow replies, missed calls, and weak follow-up. The demand was there, but the opportunities were slipping through.
Why I Built FMS
I built Friendly Marketing Services to give local business owners access to a proper follow-up and growth process — without the cost of a big agency and without the complexity of doing it alone. Outcomes first. Affordable pricing. And always, a real person on the other end.
I started with property managers and trades businesses because these are the people I see working the hardest — and losing the most to slow follow-up. They deserve a better approach, not more complexity.
